Important guidelines for all welfare assistants regarding Ammaodi

State wide team meeting about Ammaodi was held recently. Important guidelines were mentioned in it. Jagananna Ammaodi field verification was given in NBM Schemes Module in NBM login of welfare assistants. Especially 4 points are given in this field verification.

1. Invalid Mother Aadhar:

Here the student’s mother Aadhaar has been wrongly entered in relation to Ammodi. Here click on edit option and enter correct mother aadhaar and submit.

2. Child and Mother are in Different House Holds

Here student and mother GSWS volunteer login have separate house hold. If there is a student’s mother or father, the student should add you to their household. Gurden may have separate house hold in case of absence of mother and father.

3. Invalid Child Aadhar :

Correct Aadhaar of the student should be entered and submitted.

4. Same Aadhar for Mother and Child:

Student’s Aadhaar and Mother’s Aadhaar are same. In such cases the last 4 digits of Aadhaar given there should be checked whether it is student or mother and if that Aadhaar is mother then student Aadhaar should be entered. If the Aadhaar is that of a student then the mother should enter Aadhaar.

Following the above mentioned instructions, all welfare assistants have been instructed to complete Ammaodi survey quickly without any mistakes.

  • To apply for the scholarship scheme of Amma Vodi the applicant must follow the following eligibility criteria:-
  • Student must be a native of Andhra Pradesh state
  • Student should be below poverty line
  • Magani land per family should not exceed 3 acres or 10 acres or 10 acres in total.
  • Family income should not exceed Rs.10,000 per month in rural areas and Rs.12,000 per month in urban areas.
  • Electricity bill should not exceed 300 units per month. Or last six months current bill should not have consumed 1800 units.
  • Sale not applicable to children of Government employees and pensioners. Children of sanitation workers are exempted from this provision.
  • Amma Odi is not applicable if there is a four wheeler in the name of anyone in the family. However, tractors, taxis and autos are exempted from this rule.
  • Student must be studying from 1st to 12th standard
  • 1000 sq.ft. In municipalities. Not applicable if houses are more than 1200 sq.ft. In the villages.
  • The student must be studying in a public or private aided and private unaided school or junior colleges including residential schools or colleges in the state of Andhra Pradesh.
  • Those who have paid income tax in the past are ineligible.
  • Applicant should have minimum 75% in the current academic year
  • Family members of State Government employees are not eligible for this scheme
