Sub:School Education – Provision of access to BYJU’S Products for students in classes 4 to 10 who are studying in government schools – Certain Instructions – Issued.

All Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Education officials in the state are aware that the Andhra Pradesh government has entered into an MOU with BYJU’S to provide free access to BYJU’s products to all students of classes 4 to 10 studying in government schools.
To access content, parents/students must have a smartphone to access content. For this, a provision has been enabled in the school attendance app to capture mobile numbers along with typing Phone of students from 4th to 10th class.
The following step-by-step process is required to be followed:
An option has been enabled in the Headmaster’s UDISE Code login–
Click on Byjus Project module —
Select the class -à Select the Students –
Enter Yes/No for availability of Smart Phone —
Edit the displayed mobile number if any change OR
Enter Mobile Numbers in case No number is displayed (User Manual Enclosed)
If there is any change the mobile number will be displayed or enter the mobile numbers Case number not displayed (user manual attached)
B. The above mobile numbers update process should be updated/added as per schedule.
C. After completing the update in the mobile application, students must It is suggested to bring the smart phone to the school after one week as per the schedule given in the appendix.
d. The respective Head Masters should be ready with internet connectivity on the scheduled dates to download the BJYU app and activate the app.
4. All Cluster Resource Persons (CRPs) are trained to mentor School head masters and students during app installation process. Training will be conducted through WeBex on 11-10-2022 at 4.00 PM using user manuals and short videos.
5. Therefore, all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and The district education officials of the state have requested to nominate one Nodal Contact Person at District Head Office for distribution of above instructions to all Headmasters for access to BYJU content from Class 4th to Class 10th.
