For the Departmental Tests May, 2023 Session, applications are invited online from June 7, 2023 to June 28, 2023. The examination date will be announced in the future.
The One-Time Profile Registration (OTPR) is the primary method by which applicants must register: http://psc.ap.gov.in. A User ID is generated and sent to the applicant’s registered mobile number and email address after they register their information. The OTPR User ID must be used to apply for the tests on the Commission’s website.
Before submitting an application, applicants who previously generated OTPR for the previous Departmental Tests must use the same number and update their working district to reflect the new 26 districts.
From July 7, 2023, the application will be accessible on the Commission’s website (https://psc.ap.gov.in). Online applications must be submitted by June 28, 2023. Fees must be paid by June 28, 2023, 11:59 p.m. No handwritten, typed, photostat, or printed application forms will be accepted, either in person or via mail.
The terms and conditions are outlined below in accordance with the Departmental Tests Rules, 1965, as amended from time to time.
SCHEME OF THE EXAMINATION:
(a) In terms of G.O.Ms, all tests, with the exception of the language and survey tests, will be objective. dated January 11, 2011, in No. 602, G.A. (Ser-C) Department.
(b) The Language Test papers (P.C.Nos.5, 6, 7, 19, 28, 36,49, 67,37, 58, 74) and Review and Settlement papers (P.C.Nos.69, 87, 109, 111, 116, 118, 120, 122, 133, 135, 161 and 162,) will be of ordinary mode.
(c) All the goal type papers will be hung on PC Based Departmental Tests. Annexure -I of the Instructions Manual contains detailed instructions for this Computer Based Test. (d) Candidates taking Objective Type papers may practice with the Mock Test facility on the Commission’s website.
e. Candidates for conventional papers (descriptive exams) will receive answer books with a bar code that must be filled out using a blue or black pen.
f) The test schedule in accordance with the G.O.Ms. No. 55: Department of General Administration (Ser-C) dt.02/05/2017 is as under
EXAMINATION CENTRES:
As stated in the application, candidates will be assigned to the District where they are currently employed for the exam. Some of the candidates will be assigned to the district that is closest to them if there is not enough housing available in their working district..
FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE

MODE OF PAYMENT OF FEE

HOW TO APPLY
Instructions for Adding the Application Form:
The Candidates will peruse the Directions before accommodation of Utilizations on the web.
STEP-I: Competitors applying interestingly for any warning needs to initially fill the OTPR application cautiously to acquire OTPR ID. Candidates must ensure that no mistakes are made when filling out the OTPR. Any errors made by the candidates are not the responsibility of the Commission. Candidates can proceed to STEP-II if they already have an OTPR ID number.)
STEP-II: The Candidate’s User Name (OTPR ID) and Password must be used by the Applicant to log in to the Commission’s website. The Applicant must click the “Online Application Submission” link in the Commission’s website’s bottom right corner after logging in.
STEP-III: The applicant must fill in application-specific information after confirming the accuracy of all the data. The applicant is required to submit the payment form after completing all required fields.
STEP-IV: PROCESS OF PAYMENT:
The Candidate presently needs to tap on the installment interface against the Notice No.05/2023.The Fundamental subtleties expected for estimation of the Charge will be pre populated from the OTPR information. The applicant must confirm all of the displayed information. When the Installment structure is presented, the separate subtleties (Utilized for Computation of charge) won’t be modified in that frame of mind of utilization handling. STEP-V: When the installment is effective, installment reference ID is created. Applicants can take note of the installment reference ID for future correspondence. Other fields, such as the OTPR ID and personal details, will be pre-populated based on the information provided in the payment form for the relevant notification. The applicant should carefully review the displayed data and complete application-specific fields, such as examination center, carefully complete the application and submit it. The Application Receipt is generated once the application has been submitted successfully. The Candidate is mentioned to print and save the application receipt for future
reference/correspondence.
STEP-VI: In any case, the applicant should begin a new payment process in accordance with STEP-II if the previous one was unsuccessful.
