All Regional Joint Directors of School Education and District Educational Officers in the state are urged to read the cited references and be aware that the government has issued specific instructions and guidelines to ease the current ban on employee transfers from May 22 to May 31, 2023. A duplicate of the Public authority request is herewith imparted.
It has been observed that certain situations, such as offenders, employees with disabilities, health issues, etc., Prior transfer counseling was not carried out in accordance with the guidelines that the government periodically issues. Consequently, certain standard directions/rules were repeated underneath for thought.
- Inclination (3.v) will be given to specific representatives specifed in the rules.
- Employees with visual impairments are not allowed to be transferred unless they specifically request to be transferred. Subject to the availability of a clear vacancy, these categories of employees may be posted wherever they choose.
- Adhere to the rules specifed in Roundabout Update No. GAD01- SWOSERA/27/2019-SW, GA (Services Welfare) Department, dated June 15, 2022, in regards to the officers of all State-level, District-level, and Division-level Recognized Service Associations.
- Employees who are currently facing charges, ACB, or Vigilance cases. In light of the foregoing, the aforementioned employers are urged to take the necessary steps to transfer employees in strict accordance with the government’s instructions and guidelines and to ensure that the transfer orders are carried out in the most transparent manner possible, leaving no room for complaints or allegations.
According to the current regulations, any deviance in this regard will be taken seriously, and the individual will not be considered for transfer.
