i. have a degree from a reputable university. Passing just a confirmation course won’t be considered as qualifying the qualification rules. The government ought to recognize or approve the university; Organizations of the state, UGC, AICTE, etc.

Before registering, the candidate must have current grade sheets (year-by-year or cumulative) and a degree or provisional degree certificate from the university proving that they are graduates as of May 1, 2023. The date of graduation will be taken from the mark sheet for the final year or semester or from the University’s degree or provisional degree certificate. If an examination’s results are made available on the university’s website and a web-based certificate is issued, the original document or certificate with the correct date of passing and signature from the university’s appropriate authority will be used for verification and subsequent steps. Applicants should in this manner have appropriate imprint sheets and endorsements prior to enrolling.

iii. Computer proficiency: Candidates must have a certificate, diploma, or degree in computer operations, as well as a working knowledge of computers, and they must have studied computer or information technology as one of their subjects in high school, college, or other institution.
