Sub: -School Education –SSC – instructions while preparing nominal rolls of X class students – Regarding.

Attention of Education Officers of all districts of the state
Principals of all managements are requested to direct all managements to verify the school records before entering the student details i.e., surname, candidate name, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name & mother’s surname while preparing the nominal rolls for 10th. Class students.

Further, they are also requested to obtain declaration from parents and students regarding their surname, candidate name, date of birth, father’s name and mother’s name & mother’s surname to avoid corrections in SSC.

Therefore, Principals concerned are requested to verify all the details of the students while preparing the nominal rolls.v
