Attention of all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all District Education Officers of the State are invited to the above mentioned instructions and for them Formative Assessments 2, 3, 4 and Summative Assessments 1 & 2 for Classes 1 to 10 and Pre-Public Examination for Class 10 will be conducted as per the schedule below.
All Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all District Education Officers of the State are aware that a 90-day remedial action plan has been implemented to improve the learning standards of students as per Broad Reference 4 cited above. And accordingly, the evaluation schedule is revised as aforesaid.
Therefore, all Regional Joint Directors of School Education and all District Education Officers of the State are requested to inform all schools in their respective jurisdictions about the revised schedule. Common Question Papers for Formative Assessments 2 and 4 will be sent through whatsapp and printed question papers for Formative Assessments 3, Summative Assessments 1 & 2 will be sent through respective DCEBs.
