To the Regional Joint Director of School Education & The District Education Officers of the State are invited to the cited instructions and all are aware that Government G.O.Ms.No.187, School. Education (Ser.II) Dept., Dt:10.12.2022 has issued detailed guidelines for transfers of Principals (Gr.II), School Assistants (SAs), and equivalent cadres, Secondary Grade Teachers (SGTs) and equivalent categories. Government, Zilla Praja Parishad and Mandal Praja Parishad schools in the state during the academic year 2022-23. Accordingly, detailed instructions have been issued to the field-level cadres to strictly follow the guidelines issued by the Government vide G.O.Ms.No.187 and follow the timelines mentioned in the G.O.

Further, after the issuance of G.O.Ms.No.187, there are many teachers Approached the Hon’ble High Court and dismissed the Writ Petitions on various points (mainly CSE Procgs Dt:14.10.2021 – adhoc places; reconfirmation points; NCC; municipal; etc.,). This office has issued detailed instructions to the Government Pleader for Services.III, School Education Department, with updated information from time to time on each W.P.
