National Constitution Day 2022 రాజ్యాంగ దినోత్సవం అంటే ఏంటి? నవంబరు 26కు ఎందుకంత ప్రత్యేకత
National Constitution Day 2022 దాదాపు 200 ఏళ్లు బ్రిటిషర్ల పాలనలో దోపిడీకి గురై అస్తవ్యస్తమైన భారతావనిని.. స్వాతంత్ర అనంతరం ఏకతాటిపైకి నడిపించడంలో రాజ్యాంగం కీలక భూమిక పోషించింది. 1947లో స్వాతంత్రం లభించిన రెండేళ్ల తర్వాత రాజ్యాంగాన్ని 1949 నవంబరు 26 ఆమోదించి, స్వీకరించారు. అనంతరం 1950 జనవరి 26 నుంచి భారత రాజ్యాంగం అమల్లోకి వచ్చింది. అందుకే రాజ్యాంగం పుట్టిన నవంబర్‌ 26ని గుర్తు పెట్టుకోవాలనే ఆలోచన 1979లో అప్పటి సుప్రీంకోర్టు న్యాయవాదుల సంఘ అధ్యక్షులు ఎల్‌.ఎమ్‌. సింఘ్వీకి వచ్చింది. దీంతో నవంబరు 26న న్యాయ దినోత్సవంగా జరుపుకోవాల ని తీర్మానించింది
కానీ, భారత ప్రభుత్వం 2015లో డాక్టర్ బీఆర్ అంబేడ్కర్‌ 125వ జయంతి సందర్భంగా నవంబర్‌ 26ని రాజ్యాంగ దినోత్సవంగా ప్రకటించింది. ఈ ఏడాది నవంబరు 19న ఒక అధికార ప్రకటన విడుదల చేసింది. అప్పటి నుంచి నవంబర్‌ 26న జాతీయ న్యాయ దినోత్సవంగా కాకుండా రాజ్యాంగ దినోత్సవంగా జరుపుకుంటున్నాం. సంవిధాన్ దివస్, జాతీయ చట్ట దినోత్సవం పేర్లతోనూ వేడుకలను నిర్వహిస్తున్నాం.

It is informed that the Constitution Day is celebrated every year on 26th November to commemorate the adoption of the Constitution of India as Jan Bhagidari and to honour and acknowledge the contribution of Founding Fathers of the Constitution. An important part of the celebrations is the reading of the Preamble to the constitution reaffirming our commitment to uphold its ideology. A copy of the references cited is enclosed herewith.
2. All the Departments of Secretariat / Heads of Departments / Collectors & District Magistrates in the State / all the Heads of Institutions / Autonomous Bodies / Public Sector Undertakings under the control of Government of Andhra Pradesh are hereby requested to take necessary action for mass reading of the preamble of the Constitution of India at 11 A.M. on 26.11.2022 from their respective offices locations. They are also requested to design their own programmes on this occasion.
3. They are further requested to have maximum participation of all officials and other stakeholders to participate in the following two web portals developed by the Govt.of India on this celebration :-
(i) Online reading of Preamble to the Constitution in 22 Officials Languages and English (readpreamble.nic.in);
(ii) Online Quiz on India the Mother of Democracy (constitutionquiz.nic.in).

conduct the following activities to students in their respective district schools on 26th November, 2022 on the eve of “Constitutional day/Samvidhan Diwas”.
1. Essay Competitions on Fundamental duties and Fundamental rights.
2.Elocution competitions on constitutional frame work / inspiring leaders like Dr.B.R.Ambedkar
3. Quiz competitions on Indian Constitution.
4. Skits/Role play/fancy dress competitions on related theme
5. Cultural programs (Patriotic songs and dance performances)
6. Painting Competitions/ Drawing competitions
