AP SSC Public Exam Results Recounting & Re Verification Application forms and Instructions

Instructions on Recounting & Re verification:

  • Candidates who wish to apply for “recounting” of their answer sheets should pay Rs.500/- per subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before 13-05-2023

Candidates who wish to apply for “recounting” of their answer sheets should pay an amount of Rs.500/- per subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before 13-05-2023.

 Candidates who wish to apply for “Re Verification and Supply of Photocopy of Answer Sheets” shall pay Rs.1000/- per subject through CFMS Citizen Challan (www.cfms.ap.gov.in) on or before 13-05-2023 .

Candidates who wish to apply for “Re verification cum Supply of Answer Script” of a particular subject need not apply for “Recounting” of that subject.

Payments made in any other mode like cash, demand drafts etc. will not be accepted. Only CFMS Citizen Challans will be accepted. A separate challan should be taken for each candidate.

Candidates who have paid the requisite fee through CFMS Challan should submit the following documents at the concerned District Office of the District Education Officer.

  1. Fully filled and signed re-verification/recounting application available on the official website www.bse.ap.gov.in should be submitted at the counter in the office of the DEO of the concerned district. Re-verification/recounting application is also available at the counter.
  2.  Photocopy of hall ticket duly countersigned by concerned HM,
  3.  CFMS Citizen Challan for required amount received in name of candidate..

Filled application form along with above mentioned documents should be submitted at designated counters only at 0/0 DEOs in the district.

 Applications sent by post to O/o DGE, A.P (Board of Secondary Education, A.P.) will not be accepted.

A revised list of marks will be issued only when there is any modification in the marks.
