All the District Educational Ofcers in the state are informed that Centre for Cultural Resources and Training (CCRT), New Delhi, is one of the premier institutions in the country working in the feld of “Linking Education with Culture”. Its main objective is to organize a variety of training programmes for in-service teachers from Primary to Senior Secondary level, teacher educators (including DIET Lecturers) and administrators in order to emphasize the need of integrating Cultural Inputs in Pedagogy.

2. In order to achieve its objectives, the CCRT organizes following online training programmes for in-service teachers/teacher educators to help them achieve integrated approach to education and provide methodologies for Cultural Inputs in Curriculum in-line with NEP-2020:

3. Therefore, all the District Educational Ofcers are requested to nominate one teacher from their district to participate in each said workshops. They are further requested to furnish the particulars of participants along with their acceptance letters directly to the CCRT through email(ddtrg.ccrt@nic.in) under intimation to this ofce..

Guidelines

For deputation of teachers in Orientation (Basic Foundation) Course (online mode), the following are the strict guidelines:

➢ Teachers should be up to 52 years of age.

➢ Teachers belonging to various disciplines e.g. Language, History, Geography, Civics, Mathematics, Science, Fine Arts, Commerce, Economics, Music etc. should be recommended for the workshop. The name of the teacher belonging to Yoga, Physical Education and SUPW disciplines must not be recommended for training. Only one teacher should be recommended from one school at a time for Orientation (Basic Foundation) Course.

➢ Teachers from Middle/Secondary/Sr. Secondary schools and teaching classes VI to XII to be deputed.

➢ Headmasters/Principals should not be recommended for participation in the Orientation (Basic Foundation) Course.

➢ Those teachers who have already attended the Orientation (Basic Foundation) Course by CCRT should not be deputed / recommended again.

➢ Teachers on contact/probation should not be deputed as only regular teachers are eligible for the Orientation (Basic Foundation) Course.

➢ Teachers having a minimum 02 years of teaching experience should be deputed.

➢ After completion of the Orientation (Basic Foundation) Course an e-certificate will be issued to each participant on the basis of complete attendance.

➢ The Training will be in online mode.

➢ To attend the training programme teachers will require to arrange only a Laptop/ Desktop/ Tablet/ iPhone/ Android mobile phone with internet connection. The teachers will attend the online Training Programme from their respective working places from 09.30 AM to 01.30 PM daily.

➢ Relieving Certificate from the school.

➢ Acceptance letter regarding your participation.

Note: The CCRT is planning to continue the teaching learning process with participants who are attending this course till their retirement, if they are working efficiently. Therefore, we request you to kindly depute teachers who are having merit background enthusiastic towards innovations and having
interest in the field of Art and Culture.
