I wish to submit that the results of the SSC Public Examinations-, 2023 was declared on 6-05-2023 in the State. There are 4201 KGBV
candidates have been failed in the SSC Examinations-2023.

Further, I wish to submit that the Chief Secretary to Govt., Govt. of Andhra Pradesh has instructed to the concerned ofcers in the Collectors’
Conference held on 27-04-2023 to conduct remedial coaching to the failed candidates in Public Examinations

Further, I submit that the Director, Govt. Examinations has issued a schedule to conduct the supplementary SSC Public Examinations from 2nd June 2023 to 10th June, 2023 in the State.

In this connection, I wish to submit that in the reference 2nd cited, necessary instructions / guidelines have already been issued to all District Educational Ofcers & PO, SS Ex-ofcio and Additional Project Coordinators, SS in the State to conduct the remedial classes from 08.05.2023 to 10.06.2023 in the identifed 65 Remedial Coaching Centres in the State.

There are 4201 KGBV candidates attending the remedial classes in identifed 65 remedial centres w.e.f. 8.05.2023 and the students are being provided food and lodging charges as usual. As such, 71.417 MT Rice is required to provide food facilities to these girls, who attending the remedial classes at their allotted centres for the above said period. A copy of remedial centres along with no. of students is enclosed herewith.

I, therefore request you kindly arrange 71.417 MTs of Rice on payment basis @ Rs. 1/- per kg as usual supplies to KGBVs to the 65 identifed remedial centres.
