1.In the G.O.3rd read above, the Government of Andhra Pradesh have issued orders relaxing the ban on transfer of employees imposed in the G.O. lst and 2″d read above for the period from 22od May’ 2023 to 31st May’ 2023 to ensure right placement of employees to secure optimum productivity and commitment to furt-herance of Government’s development objectives.

2. In the reference 46 read above, the Director of Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Vijayawada and the A.P.Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society have submitted proposals to take up the transfers of Principals/ Junior Lecturers/ Headmasters Gr-II and all categories of teachers working in Colleges and Schools of Tribal Welfare Department.

3. The ban on transfers of Tribal Welfare Teachers stands relaxed from 22od May’ 2023 to 31st May’ 2023. The ban on transfers shall come into force with effect from OL.06.2023.

4. After careful examination of the matter, Government ma-kes certain Guidelines at ‘Annexure’ appended to this order, for regulating the transfers of Principals/ Junior Lecturers/ Headmasters GrJI and al categories of teachers working in Colleges and Schools of Tribal Welfare Department and Andhra Pradesh Tribal Welfare Residential Educational Institutions Society

5. This orders issues with the concurrence of the Finance Department vide e-frle No.2O86293, dated 21.O5.2023.
