Consider the following:

Order:
The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued comprehensive orders for the Revision of Pay Scales, 2022, to its employees, as mentioned in reference 1 above.
2. The Government of Andhra Pradesh has issued orders to release Dearness Allowance (DA) to employees for the period of 01.07.2019 to 31.12.2021, as outlined in the reference 2 read above.
3. According to reference 3 above, the government has ordered the release of Dearness Allowance (DA) for employees of the Government of Andhra Pradesh who are receiving pay in accordance with the Revised UGC Pay Scales, 2006, as well as Judicial Officers whose pay was revised in accordance with the Sri Padmanabhan Committee Report via GO Ms No 73, Law (LA&J, SC-F) Department dated 01.05.2010 with effect from 01.07.2021 4. Dearness Allowance (DA) for employees of the Government of Andhra Pradesh will be increased from 20.02% of Basic Pay to 22.75% of Basic Pay starting January 1, 2022, per the Government’s hereby issued order. Additional recipients of the Dearness Allowance outlined in the preceding paragraph include:
i. Zilla Parishads, Mandal Parishads, Gram Panchayats, Municipalities, Municipal Corporations, Agricultural Market Committees, and Zilla Grandhalaya Samsthas employees who are paid according to a regular pay scale in the Revised Pay Scales, 2022 are considered to be employees of a charged Establishment.
ii. Teaching and non-teaching employees of aided educational establishments, such as aided polytechnics, who are paid on a regular pay scale in the Revised Pay Scales, 2022 iii. Educating and Non-Showing staff of Colleges including Acharya NG Ranga Agrarian College, Jawaharlal Nehru Mechanical College and Dr. YSR Green College who are attracting pay a customary size of pay in the Updated Pay Scales, 2022.
6. The Dearness Allowance (DA) rates for State Government employees based on the Revised UGC Pay Scales, 2006, are also being ordered to be increased from 196% to 203% of Basic Pay as of January 1, 2022.
7. Additionally, the rates of Dearness Allowance (DA) mentioned in paragraph 6 above apply to: 1. Teaching staff employed by Government and Aided Affiliated Degree Colleges and receiving pay in accordance with the 2006 Revised U.G.C. Pay Scales
University faculty, including those at the AP Agricultural University. Dr. YSR Horticulture University, Jawaharlal Nehru Technological University, and the government’s teaching staff Polytechnic institutions that are paid according to the 2006 Revised UGC/AICTE Pay Scales 8 The government has also ordered that the Dearness Allowance rates for State Government employees who are paid according to the Revised U.G.C. Pay Scales, 2016, be increased from 31 percent to 34 percent of the Basic Pay as of January 1, 2022. The Dearness Allowance rates outlined in paragraph 8 above also apply.

ఈ కొత్త DA ను జూలై 1, 2023 నుంచి జీతంతో కలిపి ఇస్తారు.
జనవరి 2022 నుంచి జూన్ 2023 వరకు ఇవ్వాల్సిన DA బకాయిలను సెప్టెంబర్, డిసెంబర్ మరియు మార్చి నెలల్లో 3 సమాన వాయిదాలలో ఈ ఆర్థిక సంవత్సరంలో చెల్లిస్తారు. ఈ కొత్త DA తో కలిపి ఉద్యోగుల మొత్తం DA 22.75 శాతం అవుతుంది.
